just as a quick reminder, PARA stands for:
we always want to work toward our goals and make sure we are moving the needle in the right direction. this is why we should always start with our vision and goals and define what are we actually trying to achieve. We also want to make sure we keep our goals close to us as our compass — this way we can make sure we are getting progress.
According to the PARA definition we will have 3 databases (Projects, Areas, Resources) and an archive —which is not a database but a page or consider it as a dashboard with all of your finished items from the other databases. Your main views and dashboards configured to hide finished and archived items, so you can always focus on your active items. you can easily find them back in your archive or with a simple search inside Notion (cmd+k).
